Simeon & Melanie S. came for the weekend... Dad was so glad for Simeon's help with the concrete!

Don't you like this one of Weston and Karlee? She just about ate him alive!!! :)

Little miss Karlee Jo... She's the baby that I had temporarily last spring. 

     Her mom was one of my water ladies... Simeons are fostering her while friends of mine are working at getting her adoption through...

Ready to pour the shop floor!

 We're planning to pour concrete tomorrow...

 We hired 5 ladies to haul water and about 20 guys to mix and carry cement... 

Yes... it's all by hand...

 Here's the approximately 9 ton of gravel that the boys hauled yesterday with the good old Husky...

Keep checking... I plan to post a lot of pictures from the day's activities tomorrow...

Minature Pineapple...

 This is one of the pineapples that I enjoying watching grow from my window...

 It's only about 4 or 5" tall at this point.

He's crawling...

Here's my not so little Weston... crawling around and getting into everything!

 He has 5 teeth now, and it still working on more... Makes for a little less sleep at night.

And pulling himself up... "Mommy, please hold me!!!"

Fresh eggs?

 I have some silly hens, that prefer to lay their eggs inside... Weston's outgrown baby carrier has been their latest haunt... Sometimes they're just waiting for us to open the door in the mornings...

They leave a warm egg in the seat and go strutting out the door to announce their accomplishments to the world outside! Some people's chickens...

Tonight Elaine ran up to the calendar... "Mommy, look 'Happy Birthday to me'!" pointing showing me Feb 28... It will be her 3rd birthday, I just got a kick out of how she said it!

 There's a really lively game of "Memory" going on right now! :)

And Dad is getting one of Rose's really good foot rubs! :)
